Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 — Age Requirement
The minimum age to participate on the dl444 platform is 21. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform. By opening an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
2.2 — One Person, One Account
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be suspended or closed. Multiple accounts operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method are also covered under this rule.
2.3 — Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
All information provided at registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. If incorrect or misleading information is provided, dl444 reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold withdrawals.
2.4 — Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 — Accepted Payment Methods
dl444 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. Payments made through any method other than these three will not be accepted.
3.2 — Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. Transactions below this amount will not be possible.
3.3 — Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
- Funds may not be withdrawn before the deposited amount has been wagered at least once.
3.4 — Verification Process
Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts. This process is necessary to prevent fraud and protect users. Failure to submit the required documents for verification may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.
Bonus & Promotional Offers
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
dl444 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
4.2 — Wagering Requirement
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 — Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, providing false information, or using any other fraudulent method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is identified, all bonuses and winnings will be removed from the relevant account and the account will be closed.
4.4 — Bonus Expiry
Each bonus has a specific validity period, which is communicated at the time the bonus is issued. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time limit, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
VIP Program & Privileges
The dl444 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.
- Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver Tier: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Gold Tier: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
VIP tier advancement depends on your activity on the platform. Cashback for each tier is credited to your account every Monday. Separately announced wagering requirements may also apply to cashback.
Prohibited Activities & User Code of Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dl444 platform:
- Attempting unauthorised access to or manipulation of the platform's systems or software.
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or any other technical assistance.
- Unauthorised access to another user's account or use of their information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
- Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
- Disrespectful behaviour toward platform staff or other users.
If any of the above activities are detected, dl444 reserves the right to permanently close the relevant account and take legal action if necessary.
Gaming Fairness & Security
7.1 — Fair Play Policy
dl444 ensures that all games operated on the platform are fair and transparent. Game outcomes are controlled by impartial algorithms. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep all financial and personal data secure.
7.2 — Technical Errors
If a technical error or system issue produces an abnormal outcome, dl444 reserves the right to void the relevant bet. In such cases, the funds used for the bet will be returned to the user's account.
7.3 — Game Restrictions
Maximum bet limits and other restrictions may apply to specific games. These limits are detailed in the game guidelines. Special bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds.

Limitation of Liability

The platform may be temporarily unavailable at any time for maintenance or improvements. In such situations, dl444 will endeavour to notify users in advance where possible.
Amendment & Termination of Terms
11.1 — Right to Amend
dl444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be notified as early as reasonably possible for significant changes.
11.2 — Right to Close an Account
A user may request to close their account at any time. dl444 also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.
11.3 — Balance After Account Closure
Any remaining balance at the time of account closure (if applicable and not forfeited due to a breach of these Terms) will be returned through the designated method.
Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law
Any dispute between dl444 and a user will first be addressed through an attempt at amicable resolution. Please contact our customer support team for this purpose.
If resolution through discussion is not possible, legal action will be taken. These Terms will be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law.
